How do I get tickets? Do I need an appointment?

You can purchase tickets online or at the door. To ensure each party gets the best experience throughout our space, appointments are required.

Is there are time limit?

Yes, studio time starts at the time you selected. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we can check you in. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the allotted end time. For example, if you book at 2pm, you will have from 2-3 pm. You can purchase more time as needed.

What if I arrive late?

Your time starts at the time of your chosen reservation. If you booked for 3pm but arrive at 3:15pm, you will still have 45 minutes to enjoy the space.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We are cashless but accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your cancellation policy?

All tickets are non-refundable but you can reschedule for a different date or time at no charge. Please email info@plushstudiosconyers.com to change your reservation. Depending on availability.

Do you allow children?

Yes, we welcome children of all ages. Please note, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Can I bring someone to just watch?

Anyone who enters our space is required to pay an admission fee.

What if I don’t use my full time?

Sessions are booked hourly, unless otherwise noted by a special promotion. Take your time exploring each set. 
Sessions are redeemed one time only and do not allow re-admission.

Unfortunately not. Please finish any food and beverages before entering.

Do you have props?

Yes, each room has props that can be used while shooting. We also have an assortment of props onsite that can be purchased to enhance your experience.

What should I bring with me?

Your phone or camera, a friend or a tripod, and good vibes.

Feel free to bring a ring light too if you'd like.
